Follow-up for the original setup is limited to 1 session of 30 minutes within 7 days. Our omissions are corrected free; third-party failures are rescheduled; changed scenarios, tools, or added features are quoted separately.

You own accounts and enter passwords yourself. Remote control needs consent and can be stopped at any time. No recording by default.

Can I start if I have never used AI?

Yes. Start with one everyday task. The starter plan covers 1 adult, 1 device, and 1 main tool. Setup, demonstration, and hands-on practice share 120 minutes, with 2 scenarios agreed in advance.

Are email drafts and document summaries included?

Manual email pasting for drafts and summaries of provided documents are included in the agreed scenarios. Ongoing mailbox access, automatic sending, data migration or deletion, programming, and integrations are excluded and require separate assessment.

Who handles subscriptions and accounts?

You pay third-party tool subscriptions and API fees. Use your own accounts and enter passwords yourself. Remote control requires your prior consent, can be stopped at any time, and is not recorded by default.

What happens if I have questions afterward?

The starter includes 1 follow-up session of 30 minutes within 7 days for the original setup. Our omissions are corrected free of charge; third-party failures are handled by separate appointment; changed requirements are quoted separately.

How are the monthly plan's 10 hours counted?

Discussion, preparation, documentation, setup, testing, training, and remote service all count, with time records provided. Up to 2 urgent requests have no urgent booking surcharge but still use hours, subject to availability. Overage is NT$ 1,000 (member; non-member NT$1,500) / 30 minutes. This is not 24-hour support.

Are the same hours charged again on a fixed-price project?

Simple cross-system integrations are assessed before a fixed total price is agreed. Hours already covered by that price are not charged twice. Changes beyond the agreed scope require a separate quote first.

What about business hours, cancellations, refunds, and tax?

Unused hours in the 10-hour plan do not roll over. Business hours, response times/SLA, cancellations, refunds, and tax remain to be confirmed in the appointment quote. Actual terms follow that quote. There is no online checkout or automatic renewal.
