Does 100 documents mean any file size?
No. Readable documents/PDFs only. Pages, capacity, format, and readability are assessed first. OCR, ongoing sync, and permissions are quoted separately.
Is RAID a backup?
No. Independent backup and recovery tests are still needed. NAS Starter includes backup/recovery testing for 1 computer. Hardware, migration, and visits cost extra.
Will data be deleted or formatted directly?
No authorization is assumed. Deletion, formatting, credential changes, or equipment security changes require separate explicit consent.
