Custom Content Workspace
Brand asset library → Topics → AI drafts → Client review → Calendar/scheduling. Organize the work while you control publication.
Enterprise services overview →Who it suits
Content editors and marketing teams that regularly organize brand content, collaborate on reviews, and manage schedules, with assets, copy, and publishing responsibilities in a traceable process.
Potential deliverables to assess
- Asset-library categories, sources, and usage-rights fields, with version and review records.
- Topic lists, brand voice, and AI copy-draft templates. The client supplies and verifies brand, product, and factual information.
- Review status, owners, calendars, and scheduling queues. A finished draft is not treated as published content.
- Assess publication, failure alerts, and manual recovery where account eligibility and official APIs allow. These are custom workspace capabilities, not an already integrated off-the-shelf product.
- Operating guides and test/handoff cases within scope, with written acceptance criteria agreed beforehand.
Not monthly managed content operations, guaranteed daily drafts, human reply outsourcing, or guaranteed results. Output volume, platform counts, and features require separate specifications.
What to prepare
- Brand guidelines, approved copy, product information, and prohibited language. The client confirms asset rights.
- Asset locations, usual content types, platforms, and account management roles.
- Reviewers, publishers, scheduling priorities, and responsibility for revisions and withdrawals.
- One content workflow to try first and de-identified examples. Do not provide personal passwords.
How we start and verify delivery
- 01
Discovery and samples
Confirm existing workflows, account eligibility, data sources, and permissions. Use de-identified samples to clarify feasible scope.
- 02
Specifications and quote
Document steps, human review, exception handling, roles, permissions, deliverables, and tool fees before agreeing implementation arrangements.
- 03
Testing and handoff
Check agreed normal and exception cases. Leave operating instructions and known limitations; the client confirms before production use.
This is a proposed implementation process, not additional deliverables promised within existing fixed prices. Tools, hours, and acceptance-case counts follow each project's written specification.
Permissions, data, and operating boundaries
- Clients own accounts and bills. Prefer official authorization and minimum necessary permissions. We do not request passwords.
- Classify sensitive data first. The client confirms AI data use, retention/deletion arrangements, and readable scope before work.
- External publication, messaging, data writes, file deletion, payments, and permission changes must be specified explicitly and separately authorized.
- No private-account scraping, permission bypass, or circumvention of platform restrictions. APIs/AI, hosting, and third-party subscriptions cost extra.
- No guarantee of platform approval, uninterrupted third-party services, a fixed launch date, or content results. Tax, service hours, and unresolved SLA terms are confirmed in a written quote.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can AI publish for the brand directly?
Drafts are produced for client review by default. Publication authorization, rules, and platform restrictions are confirmed separately. Unapproved content is not published automatically.
Is scheduling a native Instagram API reservation?
The proposal is workspace scheduling plus official API publication. Queues, approval, and failure alerts are custom workspace features. Publication feasibility depends on account eligibility and authorization.
Is there already a product we can log into?
This describes a custom delivery direction, not a finished off-the-shelf product. Workspace specifications, implementation method, and total price are set after the interview.
