Enterprise services · Assess first, then agree specifications
Enterprise AI Workflows
Requests → Document/data organization → Human review → Handoff. Document the process first, then assess AI and tool integrations.
Enterprise services overview →Who it suits
Departments with repeated document, form, or handoff work that want a clearer process, such as receiving requests, organizing data, manager review, and assignment.
Potential deliverables to assess
- Current workflow diagram and request fields, identifying manual inputs, AI assistance, human review, and handoff points.
- Document classification, summaries, field organization, or draft templates using data the client has approved for reading and AI processing.
- Assess forms, documents, spreadsheets, or existing-system integrations against official capabilities. Unconfirmed API write-back is not promised.
- Exception and human-handoff checklists, test cases, and operating/maintenance guides.
These are items that may be agreed after discovery. A starting price does not include all features, systems, or unlimited workflows.
What to prepare
- One existing workflow and the step you most want to improve, with a designated owner and reviewer.
- Tools/systems, official account plans, and permission information. Do not provide passwords or API keys at this stage.
- De-identified sample documents, form fields, processing rules, exception cases, and handoff recipients.
- Data that must stay internal and actions requiring human confirmation.
How we start and verify delivery
- 01
Discovery and samples
Confirm existing workflows, account eligibility, data sources, and permissions. Use de-identified samples to clarify feasible scope.
- 02
Specifications and quote
Document steps, human review, exception handling, roles, permissions, deliverables, and tool fees before agreeing implementation arrangements.
- 03
Testing and handoff
Check agreed normal and exception cases. Leave operating instructions and known limitations; the client confirms before production use.
This is a proposed implementation process, not additional deliverables promised within existing fixed prices. Tools, hours, and acceptance-case counts follow each project's written specification.
Permissions, data, and operating boundaries
- Clients own accounts and bills. Prefer official authorization and minimum necessary permissions. We do not request passwords.
- Classify sensitive data first. The client confirms AI data use, retention/deletion arrangements, and readable scope before work.
- External publication, messaging, data writes, file deletion, payments, and permission changes must be specified explicitly and separately authorized.
- No private-account scraping, permission bypass, or circumvention of platform restrictions. APIs/AI, hosting, and third-party subscriptions cost extra.
- No guarantee of platform approval, uninterrupted third-party services, a fixed launch date, or content results. Tax, service hours, and unresolved SLA terms are confirmed in a written quote.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will it read all emails or change files automatically?
Those permissions are not assumed. Reading mail, writing data, changing/deleting files, and external sending require official-capability assessment, explicit specifications, and separate consent.
Can existing tools always be integrated?
Not necessarily. Official interfaces, plans, administrative permissions, and data limits must be checked. If unavailable, we first propose a human-assisted or alternative workflow.
Does NT$ 108,000 (member; non-member NT$162,000) include a complete workflow?
No. The approved NT$ 108,000 (member; non-member NT$162,000) starting price is for the original AI customer-service/ad-inquiry bot specification. Department workflows and new custom APIs receive separate project quotes.
